These Terms of Use (the “Terms” or “EULA”) govern your use of the MSK — AI CTO Agent app and related services (the “Service”) provided by Moeid Saleem Khan. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service is an AI assistant (“the agent”) that provides general information and opinions on technology, AI, architecture, scaling, and startups, in the voice of Moeid Saleem Khan. It is provided for informational purposes only and is not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice, and does not create any advisory or fiduciary relationship. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete; verify anything important before relying on it.

2. Subscriptions & billing

  • MSK Premium is an auto-renewable subscription offered monthly or annually, and may include a free trial.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play account) at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple/Google according to their policies; we do not separately process app store payments or refunds.

3. Free tier & usage limits

The Service offers a free tier with daily and monthly usage limits, and a Premium tier with higher limits. Limits are described in the app and may change. We may rate-limit or suspend usage to prevent abuse or to protect the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse it; submit content you have no right to submit; or use it to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant us a limited license to process it to operate the Service.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that AI outputs are accurate, reliable, or suitable for any decision.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR RELIANCE ON, THE SERVICE OR ITS AI OUTPUTS.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
