Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the MSK — AI CTO Agent mobile app and the website moeidsaleem.com (together, the “Service”), operated by Moeid Saleem Khan (“we”, “us”), collect, use, and share information. The app does not require an account and does not ask for your name.

Information we collect

  • Anonymous device identifier. On first launch the app generates a random, per-install ID. It is not linked to your real identity and is used to sync your saved answers, track subscription status, and enforce usage limits.
  • Your conversations. Messages you send to the AI agent (and architecture/stack text you paste for review) are processed to generate responses. They may be stored in anonymized form to power features such as saved answers and to improve the Service.
  • Voice audio. If you use Voice mode, audio you record is sent for transcription and to generate a spoken reply. Audio is used only to provide the feature and is not retained after processing.
  • Email address (optional). If you choose to submit your email for a personal follow-up, we store it to contact you. You are never required to provide it.
  • Subscription & purchase data. When you subscribe, purchase records are handled by Apple/Google and our subscription provider to grant and verify access.
  • Usage analytics. Aggregate, anonymous usage (which features are used, counts, and timing) helps us understand and improve the app.

How we use information

  • To provide the AI agent, voice, assessments, and other features you request.
  • To manage subscriptions, free-tier limits, and entitlements.
  • To respond to you if you submit your email.
  • To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.

Service providers we use

We share the minimum data necessary with trusted providers that process it on our behalf:

  • Anthropic — powers the AI responses (your messages are sent to its API).
  • ElevenLabs — speech-to-text and text-to-speech for Voice mode.
  • RevenueCat and Apple App Store / Google Play — subscription billing and verification in the mobile app.
  • Stripe — payment processing for web subscriptions purchased on moeidsaleem.com. Stripe handles your card details; we never see them. If you subscribe on the web we store the email you used at checkout so you can restore your purchase on another device.
  • Resend — sends the optional “restore purchase” emails for web subscriptions.
  • Neon (PostgreSQL) and Vercel — hosting and data storage.
  • Google Analytics / Vercel Analytics — aggregate website analytics only.

Tracking

We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), and do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & deletion

Data tied to your device ID (saved answers, usage counters, conversation analytics) can be removed by uninstalling the app or by contacting us. To request deletion of any stored data associated with your device or email, email hello@moeidsaleem.com and we will delete it.

Children

The Service is intended for professionals and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
